Heather’s Pancakes/crêpes

2 whole eggs

MCT OIL

Stir 2 whole eggs with

1 scoop of WLP Fluffy natural vanilla protein powder.

 Spray pan with MCT and use low heat, cook them slowly with cover on pan

Cook on a pan until lightly brown on both sides after you flip. 

Heather’s Berry Compote

1 cup of Berries of your choice

Stevia and a little H20

Cook until becomes jam like – then cool
