Blend in a blender:

4 egg white

3 droppers full of clear Sweet Leaf Stevia

1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder

 

Line large back safe cup with parchment paper

Pour blended mix filling cup 1/2 way (add in berries of choice if wanted)

Bake at 350F until the top is lightly browned

Fill the rest of the cup with mixture (add more berries of choice is wanted)

Bake at 350F until lightly browned and enjoy

It is a wonder treat
