Blend in a blender:
4 egg white
3 droppers full of clear Sweet Leaf Stevia
1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
Line large back safe cup with parchment paper
Pour blended mix filling cup 1/2 way (add in berries of choice if wanted)
Bake at 350F until the top is lightly browned
Fill the rest of the cup with mixture (add more berries of choice is wanted)
Bake at 350F until lightly browned and enjoy

Belgium Waffles (Make sure the waffle maker is nice and deep for a moist waffle)
Stir do not beat 1 scoop
Dr. Restivo’s WLP fluffy powder.
2 beaten eggs
Stir until the mixture is consistent.
Spray waffle machine plates completely with MCT Oil.
Put ingredients in waffle maker and cook at #4 until machine beeps or waffle is golden tan.
5 Lemons (1.5 cups freshly juiced)
2 cups of ice
1 scoop of Dr. Restivo’s WLP Fluffy Natural Vanilla Protein Powder
6 droppers full of Clear Stevia liquid from Sweet leaf (sweeten to taste)
Cut the top ¼ of the lemon off and juice the larger portion coring out the inside of the lemon. Put the cored lemons in the freezer and the freshly juiced lemon in the refrigerator in a small jar. When you are ready to serve mix all ingredients listed above in a high- speed Ninja blender for 3 minutes and pour into the cored cooled lemons and place in small glass that will allow the lemon to stand up and serve immediately before they liquify. Great to clean palate before another meal course or for dessert. Very light and refreshing.
Vanilla Cookies
3 cups Cauliflower "cream", steam (4) 12oz packages of cauliflower rice and squeeze out the water with cheese cloth
3 3/4 cups of Dr. Restivo's WLP Fluffy Natural Chocolate protein powder
6 eggs
1 cup of unsweetened organix apple sauce
9 tablespoon MCT oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
1.5 tablespoons of natural vanilla extract
2-3 dropper fulls of plain Sweet Leaf Stevia drops.
Mix in strong Ninja blender put eggs in first
Spoon mix on top of parchment that you have sprayed with MCT oil on a cookie sheet or pour and spread across whole sheet and cut individually (with pizza cutter if you have one) after baking.
Cook at 350F for 15 mins

Line baking dish with parchment paper, spray lightly with MCT oil,
Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes sometimes longer cut a piece to be sure it is cooked. You can also make chocolate or vanilla cookies, use WLP Fluffy Natural Chocolate or vanilla Protein Powder with baking soda instead of powder. Small cookies the size of a silver dollar are drier than the large cookies.Double bake them if you would like a crunchier cookie. Use lower heat for the second baking.
Heather’s Pancakes/crêpes
2 whole eggs
MCT OIL
Stir
2 whole eggs with
1 scoop of WLP Fluffy natural vanilla protein powder.
Spray pan with MCT and use low heat, cook them slowly with cover on pan
Cook on a pan until lightly brown on both sides after you flip.
Heather’s Berry Compote
1 cup of Berries of your choice
Stevia and a little H20
Cook until becomes jam like – then cool
1 cup of ice in a Ninja Blender
Fill cracks with cold H20
1 Scoop of Dr. Restivo’s WLP Fluffy protein powder. For coffee flavored: add one cup of black coffee instead of H20
Strawberry Ice Cream:
2 cups ice, 1 cup very cold water, 1 scoop WLP Fluffy Natural Vanilla powder, 1 cup of strawberries. Blend in Ninja blender. Later, add brownie chunks, or crumbs, see brownie recipe
