Q: Is it unhealthy to lose weight fast?

A: As long as you are consuming a healthy amount of calories and eating foods that are high in nutrition, there is no such thing as losing weight too fast. Every body is different, and you are likely to lose weight at an appropriate speed for your own particular needs.

Q: What if I do not lose weight and I spend a lot of money? or What if I have failed on many diets in the past?

A: It’s natural to have a little apprehension when it comes to starting a new program, but try your best to not think about the past and other diets that you’ve attempted. You have all the tools you need in this program and if you follow the plan, you are likely to see success. The best part is that you’ll break away from the yo-yo dieting pattern by learning a technique to keep the weight off for life.

Q: I’m hungry all the time and find myself always craving sugar.

A: Don’t cave into the sugar mind game. More often than not, it is your mind’s way of wanting what it can’t have, but there are ways to get around this obstacle. Drink plenty of water. More often than not we are craving sugar as a result of dehydration and drinking water will keep your blood sugar levels on track. It also benefits you to eat small meals throughout the day. If you go too long without eating, you blood sugar levels are likely to drop, which leaves you craving anything in sight…especially sugars. And when you feel like you just need something sweet, have a handful of berries or some stevia flavor drops.

Like most things in life, it’s always best to focus on the present, while making sure that your goals always remain a priority. It’s best to live one day at a time, focus on the good choices that you will make today and not worry about the negatives that could possibly happen. Alter your mind so it only has the chance to see progression and positivity with your new healthy lifestyle.
