How many calories?
No Calorie counting. We provide a list of recommended low starch, low fat proteins and vegetables, two low sugar fruits. Bread is optional. Minimum of 15 ounces of protein on the first and third phase and less protein on the WLP40 phase because patients are not hungry. We recommend increasing the protein ½ ounce at a time until full.
